BACK to rules..

This is an ever-growing list of my preferences in handling B&Ps. I don't mean to come across and rude, I enjoy helping new collectors or big fans get the shows they are interested. But for what it's worth - previous B&P attempts have prompted the need to clarify things - and it's grown like a legal document. :)

B&Ps - basically, you send the blank media and the cost to send them back to you and I volunteer my time to copy a show or two for you. Therefore I can only do them when time permits - you will have to email me. There is no haggling either and I refuse to repeat myself or repeat things that I state on this page - your emails would likely be ignored at that point.

Restrain yourself from asking for more than a couple shows at a time, B&Ping interferes with trades - I only have one burner and I prefer to do trades. Abusing this (and me) will cause this service to be suspended or stopped altogether. "It's all about the music" - I do this out of kindness and paying back those who helped me get started. The minute it becomes a pain in the butt - I stop.

Send details about why you would like a B&P, I'm not really trying to weed out certain folks, I'm just tired of receiving emails requesting 10 B&P'd shows with no other text. I'm a human over here, not a B&P machine.

RUDE REQUESTS IGNORED AND BLOCKED (I hate that i had to say that).

Here are my preferences when handling B&Ps:

* Always contact me first - this must be an arranged thing.
* Send decent quality blanks equal to the number of CDs agreed upon for duplication.
* Include US postage stamps equal to the amount that it cost to send me the blanks to cover the cost of the return send.
* Postal mark stamps only work for the day of the stamp! Don't use them in place of actual stamps.
* Include your name and home address on a sticker or card so it can be easily stuck or taped to the return envelope.
* Include your email address so I know who you are and can keep you informed when I receive/send them.
* If your envelope is old or package wrapped so tightly it might be difficult to unwrap, include return packaging.
* NO MORE OVERSEAS B&Ps!! (Sorry - I'll still trade, but it's become a hassle negotiating getting USPS stamps and all the customs paperwork and all.)

I assume no responsibility for failed copy attempts - everything will of course be returned to you with any other CDs you might send. That said - if you wish to be extra safe or use "cheapie" disks - you might want to include an extra contingency CD. Don't let this scare you, I don't have a bad CD writer or anything - I just don't want to absorb any additional expenses outside of some of my time.
